Dec 11, 2011 - Dame Abimbola Fashola Unveils Opral Benson Magazine

Lagos State First Lady, Dame Abimbola Fashola recently unveiled a new Opral Benson magazine to mark the 25th anniversary of the Opral Benson Beauty Training Institute.

The institute, established by the Yeye-Oge of Lagos, Chief (Mrs) Opral Benson, organised a convocation ceremony for hundreds of graduating students, where Dame Fashola solicited financial support for the project.

The event, which had in attendance, former Head of State, Chief Ernest Shonekan revealed the academic prowess of the institute built to train people on fashion.

According to Mrs Abimbola Fashola, the magazine reveals the beauty of the founder of the institute and the scholarly touch she had introduced into fashion world.

She said, "I can only solicit support for this beautiful magazine and I will like our parents to buy into it."

Earlier, Chief Opral Benson had described the magazine as one of the best that could be found in the market at present, saying it signified a unique beauty scene.
